How to use

Method 1 - Stovetop: simmer 2 tablespoons of oats in 1 cup of milk or water until they reach the softness you prefer, then top with fresh fruit or honey.
Method 2 - Microwave: use the same proportions in a heatproof bowl and microwave for 2-3 minutes, watching that it does not boil over.
Method 3 - Overnight: combine oats with low-fat yoghurt and a little milk in a lidded jar, stir, chill overnight and enjoy straight from the fridge.
