วิธีใช้

นำถุงสมุนไพรลงต้มในน้ำเพื่อให้กลิ่นและน้ำสมุนไพรออกมา จากนั้นผสมกับน้ำเปล่าให้ได้น้ำอุ่นพอเหมาะ หรือแช่ถุงสมุนไพรในน้ำอุ่นแล้วแช่เท้าไปพร้อมกันก็ได้ แช่ทิ้งไว้ประมาณ 20-30 นาที แล้วเช็ดเท้าให้แห้ง

How to use
